Jessica is an associate practicing out of the Calgary office where she handles litigation matters. She has appeared in Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench.
Jessica joined the firm as an articling student after completing a clerkship at the Court of Queen’s Bench under the Honourable Madam Justice K.M. Eidsvik. During her law degree, Jessica was a research assistant to Professor Constance Backhouse and a Legal Writing Fellow with the Common Law Legal Writing Academy. She completed a student internship at a boutique labour and employment firm and was a Summer Student at a bilingual litigation boutique in Ottawa. She speaks both French and Spanish, having studied and lived in Quebec, France and Spain.
Jessica is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (Insurance Law – South, Civil Litigation – South) and The Advocates’ Society.

Brad’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial litigation including contract disputes, construction law, employment law and oil and gas litigation. A significant portion of Brad’s practice also includes insurance defence law, representing insurers in all areas of general insurance liability, including occupier’s liability, product liability, life and disability claims and motor vehicle claims. He has also managed files of the Ministry of Transportation.
Brad strives to provide each client with prompt, thorough and effective legal service. He has acted as a caseworker for Community Legal Service (CLS) and volunteer for the CLS Landlord-Tenant Hotline. Brad has volunteered for various healthcare institutions, including retirement residences, hospitals and private rehabilitations clinics.
