Representative Work

Patrick maintains a litigation practice, with particular interest in the following areas:

  • Construction litigation
  • Professional liability
  • Insurance litigation including: property damage, personal injury, commercial insurance and subrogation


Prior to joining Bryan & Company Calgary LLP as an articling student in 2012, Patrick worked in a supervisory role with a large construction contractor. He has significant experience in heavy construction and infrastructure delivery focusing on water and sewer, road building, and earthworks projects. He has supervised construction crews on many large and small projects throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta.

Patrick’s construction experience brings a level of hands-on expertise that is an asset to clients. He strives to provide timely, cost efficient and practical legal advice.

Patrick has advocated on behalf of clients in the Court of Queen’s Bench and Provincial Court of Alberta. He is a member of the Calgary Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association and the CBA National and Alberta South Construction Law sections.
