Tim Hagg is a partner and the senior litigator in the Calgary office. He has acted as counsel before all levels of Court in Alberta, the Courts of British Columbia, and Saskatchewan and several administrative tribunals.
Mr. Hagg is a graduate of the University of Alberta in both civil engineering and law. Mr. Hagg achieved the designation of professional engineer in 1981 and worked both as a design and field engineering consultant. He articled with Bryan & Company in 1984 and moved to Calgary in 1995 to establish the firm’s Calgary office.
Mr. Hagg has given seminars for both professional and private groups. He is a member of the National Construction section of the Canadian Bar Association, and has been selected by his peers as a BEST lawyer in insurance law. He has 29 years of litigation experience, and his practice focuses on construction, property and professional liability.
