Jennifer’s practice includes a wide range of corporate matters with a focus on securities and mergers and acquisitions.  Jennifer acts for both vendors and purchasers in mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies and also acts for issuers in respect of secondary financings and regulatory compliance matters.
