Representative Work

Kevin’s goal is to achieve prompt, practical, and cost effective solutions to his clients’ civil disputes. He resolves problems for his clients through litigation, mediation, and a number of other alternative dispute resolution forums. He has particular interest in the following areas:

  • Builders’ Liens, deficiency and delay claims
  • Commercial and residential foreclosures of all types
  • Corporate Litigation including contractual, commercial, and shareholder disputes
  • Working with our Realizations Group concerning collections and recovery on behalf of creditors

Profile

Kevin has appeared as counsel at all levels of Court in Alberta and is frequently involved in the resolution of claims through alternative dispute resolution including mediation and judicial dispute resolution. He works closely with the Construction Law Group and the Realizations Group.
