Carter is a partner with Bryan & Company, primarily practising civil litigation. He resolves clients’ issues through the use of the court system, effective negotiation and alternative dispute resolution such as mediation.

Carter understands and appreciates the issues his clients face, applying a mix of practical and legal knowledge to reach solutions in a timely and effective manner. He also advises clients on preventive measures so they can avoid troublesome situations in the future.
