Samantha is a partner with Bryan & Company. She handles corporate/commercial and employment matters, with a particular interest in contract drafting, business and employment advising, and corporate transactions/organization.

Samantha delivers quality work in an efficient manner and values open, frequent and effective communication with her clients. She provides practical solutions to address her clients’ business and/or personal legal needs.

Samantha is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta. She believes lifelong learning is key to ensuring the best possible service to her clients.

She volunteers with Business Link to provide legal information and advice to individuals who currently own or are looking to start a business. She is a member of the Alumni and Friends fundraising committee of the Faculty of Law Association, which funds the Edmonton Community Legal Centre summer student program.

Samantha also participates in her community through the Beth Shalom Synagogue.
