Ania is a junior associate and practises general civil litigation, personal injury law, employment law and construction law. While she began her career in Vancouver, BC, she continues to expand her practice with Bryan & Company and is broadening her corporate and commercial litigation work, focusing on contractual disputes.
Ania puts her clients’ needs first while achieving fast and fair resolutions. Her clients benefit from her attention to detail and creative problem-solving, coupled with the teamwork and collaboration that is part of Bryan & Company’s culture.
She has experience resolving issues through the courts as well as through alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, settlement conferences and negotiations.
Ania is a member of the Alberta branch of the Canadian Bar Association and has completed the Harvard Business School Online Negotiation Mastery course.
She’s volunteered as a mentor for incoming law students at Thompson Rivers University and the CBABC Mentorship Program, helped promote literacy in underdeveloped countries across Asia and Africa with Room to Read, and was an International Student Volunteer, planting trees and surveying endangered plant species in Australia.
