With over a decade of experience in coaching, talent development, and HR strategy, she partners with leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams. Leanne has led workforce planning initiatives, developed leadership programs, and championed diversity and inclusion to foster thriving workplace cultures.

Leanne holds a degree in Human Ecology and a diploma in Human Resources. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, she has coached hundreds of leaders, specializing in leadership development, career growth, and team effectiveness. She also designs and facilitates workshops on career planning, conflict management, and organizational strategy.

Leanne’s experience spans government, tech, and gaming across Canada, the UK, and the US. She excels at turning complex challenges into actionable solutions that drive results.

When she’s not shaping workplaces, Leanne is out paddleboarding, adding to her plant collection, or enjoying lively dinners with friends. Known for her quick wit and great storytelling, she brings people together—whether in the boardroom or at games night.
