Richard Clark

Richard is an associate with Bryan & Company. His practice currently includes all corporate and commercial matters, but he has a particular interest in working with the Firm’s securities, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging companies’ practice groups.

Prior to law school, Richard was involved in the Edmonton startup community, running a technology company and serving on the Edmonton Advisory Council for Startups. His entrepreneurial endeavors have provided him with unique insight into his clients’ needs, allowing him to provide a custom-tailored approach to each. Richard continues to seek out new and innovative legal solutions to provide his clients with practical, cost-effective, and timely service.

Outside of work, Richard can be found spending time with his family, playing pickleball, going for runs, hiking, or just taking advantage of any warm weather.
