Brooke L. Switzer

Brooke is an Associate with Bryan & Company. She maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate reorganizations.

During law school, Brooke was extensively involved in the legal community. She volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, served as a Teaching Assistant for Ethical Lawyering, and mentored first-year law students. She was also an active board member of the Society of Law Students, serving as the Chair of Events in her second year and as Co-President in her final year. Her academic excellence and interest in business were highlighted by receiving the Dean’s course prize in Corporate Governance.

Prior to law school, Brooke volunteered with the Elizabeth Fry Society, mentoring young female offenders both in the Edmonton Young Offender Centre and in the community, demonstrating her leadership early on.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys travelling, golfing, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
