Our Automotive Retail and Dealerships practice group is comprised of lawyers with industry-leading experience, including prior in-house legal and leadership roles at automotive companies. We work with dealers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), investors (including family offices and high net-worth individuals), and consolidators on both project-specific and on-going bases.
