Cole J. Sloan

Cole is a partner with Bryan & Company with areas of practice focusing on corporate and business law, commercial real estate, commercial transactions, and corporate finance. He continues to build his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, and technology and intellectual property law.

He works with his clients to generate solutions that are tailored to their specific needs. With a background in science, Cole takes an analytic and systematic approach to solving legal problems and is uniquely able to examine issues from different perspectives.
