Graeme S. Marr

Graeme is particularly experienced in all matters relating to the development of commercial and residential land parcels, including the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate such as office buildings, major shopping centers, industrial properties, and development lands, the structuring and financing of transactions; and negotiating, preparing, and finalizing agreements with municipalities and others relating to various commercial and residential developments, including cost-sharing agreements. Graeme assists his clients with commercial leasing, advising both landlords and tenants on transactions involving office, industrial, retail, and ground leases.
