Jason E. May

Jason is a partner with Bryan & Company providing services to clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Securities, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. Jason’s clients range from small businesses and entrepreneurs to large public entities. He assists his clients in all facets of their businesses, from start-up and structuring to acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations. This includes routine day-to-day matters and large complex transactions.

Jason is consistently recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada^TM in the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and is also a Sessional Instructor at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law, where he teaches Securities Law with colleague Liam Liston.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching hockey, flooding his backyard rink, and otherwise enjoying the outdoors.
