Jason Heer

Jason is an associate at Bryan & Company, where he serves as a trusted advisor in corporate, commercial, and business law. His practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and financing.

In addition to providing strategic counsel on preparing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation, Jason has successfully managed numerous large-scale transactions. He brings a sharp ability to assess risk and navigate complex legal frameworks, ensuring his clients’ interests are protected.

Jason is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Association of South Asian Resources & Advocacy and serves as a Treasurer for the Canadian Bar Association’s Business Law subsection.
