Jennifer R. Young

Jennifer (Jenn) is a partner at Bryan & Company and has a broad corporate / commercial practice, with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Her clients range from small business owners and start-ups to private issuers and public companies. She offers practical, strategic, and timely advice, and strives to provide proactive and creative solutions for her clients.

Jenn has significant expertise in all m&a transaction structures, including majority and minority investments, both domestically and internationally. She also assists her clients with a variety of day-to-day corporate matters, including the structuring and governance of new ventures.

Jenn is routinely recognized by her peers in The Best Lawyers in Canada^TM for her work in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. She currently sits on the Firm’s Management Committee.
