Jodi Podolas, CPA, CMA

As the Director of Operations with Bryan & Company, Jodi guides the strategic direction for the firm and leads the IT, Human Resources, Finance and Marketing teams.

Since joining Bryan & Company in 2019 as Accounting Manager, Jodi developed and enhanced the accounting and finance team progressing to a Controller role in 2023 before assuming the Director of Operations position in 2024.

Jodi brings 23 years of leadership experience to the Bryan & Company team with a track record of successfully motivating and mentoring employees to achieve results. She excels at organization, planning and change management and has completed her certificate in leadership to further develop her skillset. Jodi is also an active member of the ELOMA Executive, currently serving as President, where she contributes to shaping strategic initiatives and supporting administrative leadership across the legal community.

Jodi is a decorated veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and was on the Task Force 1-08 deployment to Afghanistan. Jodi is a competitive Masters Olympic Weightlifter where she’s held numerous Canadian and Pan American records and has volunteered her time as a coach to develop young athletes in the sport.
