Karissa G. Nolet

Karissa is an associate with Bryan & Company. She maintains a broad corporate and commercial law practice, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions alongside the reorganization of business ventures. Karissa has experience advising on complex commercial transactions, as well as assisting owner-operated and small business clients on day-to-day corporate matters. She is committed to providing professional, practical, and detail oriented services to clients.

While attending law school, Karissa was involved with Student Legal Services in the Civil and Family project, a program that provides legal education and support for low-income individuals. She was also active with Student Legal Services Legal Education and Reform Project, participating in community outreaches at the Mustard Seed in Edmonton. She looks forward to continuing to give back to her community while at Bryan & Company.
