Keith Francis

As a transformational leader, Keith oversees the execution of the firm’s technology strategy, driving innovation while optimizing IT performance. Working closely with the helpdesk team and by maintaining excellent relationships with external service providers and vendors, Keith ensures the continuous maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components.  Keith has led large scale change management initiatives to integrate new technology and develops IT policy for network security and disaster recovery.

Throughout his career, Keith has worked across various industries, including transportation, government, banking, data centers and entertainment with experience spanning the Caribbean, USA, UK, and Canada. Keith has implemented innovative solutions such as GPS systems, redesigned networks, and led major overhauls in virtualization using Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V. Keith has successfully managed the replacement of aging IT applications and hardware through comprehensive evergreening initiatives. Keith is currently pursuing a PMP certification to further enhance his project management skills to complement his skillset.

When he’s not at work or in the gym, you can find Keith in the kitchen or at the grill, creating flavorful dishes and experimenting with new recipes. Cooking is one of Keith’s favorite ways to unwind and get creative.
