Kevin P. Chapotelle

Kevin practices primarily in the areas of construction law, civil litigation, corporate commercial litigation, and collections including general debt collections and foreclosures on both residential and commercial properties.

Kevin strives to provide prompt, practical and cost-effective solutions to his clients while being innovative in trying to recover what is owing or required to resolve a matter.

Kevin has appeared or made submissions at all levels of court in Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also experienced in the resolution of claims through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and judicial dispute resolution.

Outside of the office, Kevin is heavily involved in his kids’ sports and has coached hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and baseball. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time at the lake with his family and friends.
