Martin (Marty) Fiorentino Sarrate

Marty is an Articling Student with Bryan & Company. He is excited to expand his knowledge in both corporate commercial and civil litigation.

Marty graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2025. During his time in law school, he acted as the President of the Law & Business Association, Student Representative on the faculty’s Admissions Committee, and Treasurer of the Mental Health & Wellness Committee. He received numerous awards for his mix of academic achievement and community involvement, including the Honourable John A Agrios Distinguished Student Achievement Scholarship in Law. During his undergraduate years, he founded a gutter cleaning company, which he has operated as his primary focus for the past seven years. Raised in Argentina and having lived in Germany, Marty is fluent in both Spanish and German, bringing international perspective and cultural awareness to his practice.

Outside of work, Marty enjoys playing the drums and piano and going snowboarding in the winter.
