Ryan R. Hamieh

Ryan is an associate with Bryan & Company whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring, as well as commercial litigation, construction disputes and employment and labour matters.

Ryan advises and represents corporate and institutional clients across a broad range of disputes, including contractual conflicts, shareholder and governance matters, builders’ lien claims, creditors’ remedies and enforcement proceedings, employment-related disputes, and complex commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and has been involved in all stages of litigation.

Ryan approaches litigation with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions, working closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their legal and commercial interests.

Ryan is fluent in Arabic and outside of the office, he enjoys travelling, golf, soccer, and hockey.
