Samantha N. Hanson

Samantha Hanson is a Partner at Bryan & Company LLP, where she focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law. She works closely with small and medium-sized businesses, providing tailored legal advice that supports their growth, development, and successful transitions. Known for her clear communication and client-first approach, she prides herself on finding practical and creative solutions to complex legal challenges.

With a strong commitment to the legal community, Samantha currently serves as President of the Alumni & Friends of the Faculty of Law, an organization dedicated to raising funds for student bursaries, enhancing the student and alumni experience, and financially supporting the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. Samantha frequently gives back through mentoring law students, hosting professional development seminars, and organizing the Faculty of Law’s annual Spring Reception. Samantha is also on the Board of Directors of the Organization for the Prevention of Violence, a non-partisan, and expert-led non-government organization devoted to public safety.

Within the firm, Samantha serves on the Associate Evaluation Committee, and the Social Committee, where she enjoys fostering the professional growth of the firm’s associates and bringing the Bryan & Company team together for charitable events.

Outside of her professional life, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid traveler and sports fan.
