Tim is counsel with Bryan & Company and practices corporate law. During his career, both in law and business, Tim has developed wide ranging experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, as legal counsel and as a business owner and operator.

Particular areas of focus for Tim include corporate and commercial strategic planning, such as the organization of corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, limited partnerships, professional corporations, and not-for-profit organizations. Tim advises on the governance of those structures, including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, limited partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements.

Tim also advises clients on equity and debt public offerings and private placements, board participation and governance, as well as negotiating and executing all types of corporate financing, including traditional and non-traditional lending, alongside venture capital. In addition, Tim has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations, as well as all operational matters that private and public organizations encounter. He also assists First Nations on general and Nation specific legal and business matters.

In addition to his career in private practice and business, Tim served as a Senior VP and General Counsel for a public entertainment company and two public oilfield services companies and served as a board member on various public and private company boards, and with a number of First Nations in Alberta.

Tim currently is a Director and the Chairman of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of Gamehost Inc. (TSX:GH).
