Scott is an Associate with Bryan & Company with a focus on the following the general corporate areas: Mergers, Acquisitions, Reorganizations and Business Transactions, Commercial leasing, Shareholder Agreements, Contract Review and Drafting, Human Rights Complaints, and Business & Employment Advising.   His focus is to provide practical, timely and to-the-point information to his clients.

Scott is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta. He volunteers his time with Business Link, assisting entrepreneurs and new business owners with legal issues and corporate structuring.
