Jason is an Associate with Bryan & Company and a trusted corporate, commercial and business law advisor. He assists clients in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, commercial and business transactions and financing.  

Jason also works with his clients on the preparation and negotiation of contracts, agreements and corporate documents. He has managed several large files and has the ability to identify risks and navigate complex laws related to various transactions. 

He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association. Currently, he sits on the Board of the Canadian Bar Association’s Business Law and Young Lawyer sections.
