Jessica is an Associate with Bryan & Company. She maintains a broad corporate/commercial law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Jessica has a variety of experience from advising on complex international commercial transactions to working with small business owners. She prides herself on timely communication, providing high quality work in an efficient manner, and working closely with her clients to achieve desired outcomes.

During law school, Jessica volunteered extensively with pro bono legal clinics, including the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and Student Legal Services. A member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta, Jessica continues to provide pro bono services and volunteers with the City of St. Albert.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with her family and pets.
