Tim is counsel with Bryan & Company and practices corporate law. During his career, both in law and business, Tim has developed wide ranging experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, as legal counsel and as a business owner and operator.

Focus areas include:

• Corporate and commercial strategic planning, organization of corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, limited partnerships, professional corporations, and not-for-profit organizations
• Business organization governance, planning and structuring including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, limited partnership agreements and joint venture agreements
• Employment matters arising in private and public organizations
• Strategic planning for businesses, including legal compliance and business operations
• Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganization of business ventures
• Negotiating and executing all types of corporate financing, including tradition and non- traditional lending, and venture capital
• Advising clients on equity and debt public offerings and private placements
• Board participation and governance
• Advising First Nation’s on general and Nation specific legal and business matters.

In addition to his career in private practice and business, Tim served as a Senior VP and General Counsel for a public entertainment company and two public oilfield services companies and served as a board member on various public and private company boards, and with a number of First Nations in Alberta.

Tim currently is a Director and the Chairman of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of Gamehost Inc. (TSX:GH)
