Hailee’s practice is focused on Family Law and related areas, including:

• Separation of married and unmarried couples (property division, parenting/decision making for children, child and spousal/partner support)
• Divorce proceedings
• Preparing and advising on relationship agreements (cohabitation, prenuptial, post-nuptial and adult interdependent partner agreements)
• Grandparents’ and Guardians’ rights with children
• Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Matters

Hailee supports her clients through stressful times by providing assertive, resolution focused legal services, whether in settlement meetings, alternative forms of dispute resolution, or the courtroom.

Growing up in Irma and Wainwright, Alberta, Hailee developed a passion for community engagement which she continues by volunteering at Edmonton Community Legal Centre’s Family Law Clinic, and as an advising lawyer for the University of Alberta’s Student Legal Services.

After completing her articles at Bryan & Company Hailee was called to the Alberta Bar in 2018. She is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta, CBA Family Law Executive (member at large 2023/2024), CBA Civil Litigation, Women Lawyers Forum, and Wills and Estates sections, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and the Alberta Family Lawyers Association (AFLA).

Outside of work Hailee enjoys exploring Edmonton with her partner Conor and their poodle Ginny, and analyzing the state of the world with her multiple book clubs.
